 POSTAGE

• We gonna post the parcel 1 DAY AFTER PAYMENT AND ORDER. This is because of the runner only pick up the parcel from home . Any urgent order will not accept by us. Please to be Understand that we have to collect the order every each day and the runner will pick up the order 1 day after.

• We have to charge RM7(SABAH/SARAWAK) & RM 10 (SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA) follow per Kg charge by J&T from our Destination (Miri,Sarawak) to your Destination. 

• We have 2 Option which is Postage pay by Us or customer his/her own.

Option 1: Pay by Us

• Mean you have to make full payment ( Item + Postage ) so we just pay for you from our courier Destination.

Option 2 : Pay by Yourself

•Mean you just need pay for the Item ordered but you MUST PAY THE POSTAGE by your own when the parcel delivery to you.

REFUND/RETURNABLE

• We Accept for the Refundable ITEM by Exchange their Item if there have any Broken whichin 2days after received by customer. (MUST PROVIDE PHOTO/VIDEO) for prove.

• We gonna check and snap a picture before post, to show to you and make sure all item is in good condition.

• Any broken item received after 2days is not our Responsibilities. 

• Broken Item COULD NOT be refund by MONEY.

• Please make sure to Make payment after order through website whichin 24 hours,so any cancellations after payment will not be ACCEPTABLE.
